JEFFREYS BAY, South Africa (Friday, July 13, 2007) –Line after line of swell saw Billabong Pro Jeffreys Bay officials send Heat 7 of Round 2 out at 7:30am this morning. French rookie Jeremy Flores and Australia's Troy Brooks are featured first.
Heat 8 pits former Billabong Pro JBay Champion Mark Occhilupo (AUS) against returning veteran Michael Campbell (AUS) – it is sure to be an epic match-up given the stellar four to six foot (one to two metre) conditions on offer.
Round 2 Heats 1 through 6 were run yesterday afternoon and the remaining 10 heats will be wrapped up today. Early Round 3 competition will begin immediately after.
The Billabong Pro JBay is the 5th of 10 stops on the 2007 Foster's ASP World Tour.
